Pros: the place is very nice and it\\\'s clean. The rooms were very cozy, there\\\'s a fan and a heater, and elsctric blinds for natural lights. The staff is friendly and are room service away if you need anything. Wifi quality was awesome, even in load shedding the hotel was prepared with alternative power plan. The location was perfect as i was there for graduation @Wits and it is a 5 minute drive awayCons: the staff often leaves you to figure things out on your own as if you\\\'ve been there before. Like how to get to reception from the parking lot a block away, or where exactly the rooms are. We could hear and feel the music from the bar @ night 😅 in my specifications i did ask for a room in the top floor but got 1st floor. In 1 of the rooms the blinds were not working and there was no telephone.Overall my family was happy with the experience

I loved it, its just that there was a smell inside that was stinky. Concerning room service, why must i pay R25 just to have my breakfast brought to my room, when breakfast is included in my package and its in the same facility. I mean the kitchen is just downstairs. I dont pay for food to be brought to my room when i order food, why cant the breakfast be free too, i just dont get it. The rooms were also cleaned late. I got up 9 oclock, by 1 my room was still not cleaned and i wanted to go rest. The staff is very friendly though and they always try to solve any challenge asap. I will go back just for the staff. They are super friendly and they do everything to make you feel comfortable.
